Welcome to Rock House situated in the beautiful village of Kingsand on Cornwall's rugged south coast.

The property occupies the top floor of a grand early Victorian house with views out to the ocean round Penlee Point and up the estuary to Plymouth all set amongst the dramatic backdrop of  Dartmoor.

The house features one double bedroom, one twin and one adult sized bunk room with additional truckle bed.  There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room so the property can accommodate up to six adults and plus one child.

The lounge features a wood burner, table tennis/pool table and  Now TV for films and all your favorite shows. There is a dining table for board games and  jigsaws.
